Information we collect
If you use the enquiry form, we collect the details you submit: name, email address, organization, service of interest, message, and phone number if you choose to provide one. We also process a spam-check token from Cloudflare Turnstile and basic technical information such as IP address for rate limiting.
We do not ask for account passwords. Enquiry messages are stored so the firm can read and reply to them. They are not published on the website.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to read your message and reply. We use the spam-check result and a short-lived rate limit to reduce automated submissions. If analytics are enabled, a separate consent choice controls Google Analytics. Plausible, if configured, is a cookieless measurement tool.

Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. Rate-limit records are held in server memory for about ten minutes and are not a permanent log. You may ask us to delete an enquiry email, subject to any record we are required to keep.
Cookies
The public site does not require an account cookie. The admin login uses a temporary cookie for editors only. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies. If you decline, that script is not loaded.
Your choices
You can decline analytics. You can ask what enquiry information we hold and request a correction or deletion by emailing the address published on the contact page. This draft does not describe a specific statutory procedure. The firm should confirm the notice against the laws that apply to it, including the laws of Pakistan.
