Who we work with
Sectors
The services can be adapted for organizations that need planning, research, data, or institutional support. A sector listing is not a claim of a current or past engagement.
Private companies and SMEs
Companies and smaller firms often arrive with a decision that is still mixed into day-to-day work: a plan that has drifted, a market question, or a project without a clear owner. Support can separate that question, agree a written scope, and produce a practical next step such as a planning note, a research brief, or a project outline. The assignment stays inside that scope.
Startups
A young organization may need a clearer picture of the market it is entering, which priorities fit a small team, and how the next period of work will be organized. An assignment can be a short planning exercise, a market or audience question, or a simple project outline. The people who will use the result should be in the first conversation, because a small team cannot carry a plan it did not help shape.
NGOs and nonprofits
Nonprofit teams often need to connect a programme goal to evidence, a monitoring routine, or an internal process that staff can run after the consultants leave. An assignment might frame a research question, draft a monitoring and evaluation framework, or review how decisions are documented. The output is the agreed note or framework, not a claim about the programme’s results.
Development organizations and donors
Development organizations and donors sometimes need a defined piece of research, a monitoring and evaluation framework, or a planning note that partners can read. The useful starting point is the decision the work must inform, the documents already available, and the deadline. Deepnex Consulting can support that assignment when those three are clear. The deliverable is the analysis or plan that was scoped.
Research and academic institutions
Universities and research groups may want help framing a study, reviewing literature that already exists, or turning findings into a report a non-specialist can use. The support follows the research question and the sources the institution can share. It does not replace the institution’s own authorship, ethics review, or responsibility for the final text.
Government and public sector
Public-sector bodies may need advisory, research, or planning support on one institutional question, such as how a process is documented or which options fit a stated mandate. The assignment is limited to that question and to information the body is able to share. Recommendations stay inside the mandate that was described at the start.
International institutions and professional associations
International institutions and professional associations may need research, coordination of a defined piece of work, or a look at how the organization develops its own capacity. The starting point is the decision the institution needs to make and the people who will use the result. Coordination support covers the agreed activities. It does not speak for the institution.
