Service
Strategic Planning & Advisory
Support for organizations that need to clarify direction, review how they are set up, and decide what to do next.
Who this is for
Leadership teams in companies, nonprofits, and public bodies that need to choose a direction, review how the organization is set up, or turn a broad goal into a plan people can follow. The work fits when a decision is waiting and the current documents do not yet show a clear next step.
What this can include
- Strategic and operational planning support
- Organizational reviews and opportunity assessments
- Implementation planning and performance priorities
How an assignment starts
The first conversation names the decision, who will make it, and what is already known. Deepnex Consulting then proposes a written scope: the questions, the people involved, the documents to review, and what the assignment will and will not produce. Work starts only after that scope is agreed.
Questions
What does a strategic planning assignment produce?
A scoped set of options or a plan: the decision to be made, the evidence considered, and the practical next steps. It does not, by itself, implement the plan or promise a particular organizational result.
Who should take part?
The people who will use the plan. That usually includes the person accountable for the decision and the staff who hold the current documents, constraints, and deadlines.
Can planning be combined with research?
Yes, when the direction depends on evidence the organization does not yet have. Research or market research can be scoped alongside the planning work, as a separate piece with its own question.
